Posie is an AI-powered application that allows users to create images and videos by submitting text prompts, images, or other input for processing by artificial intelligence models and related technologies. User-Provided Images (may include face data). When you voluntarily upload photos or videos to generate AI content, we process these files solely to deliver the requested feature. We do not collect or store biometric identifiers and we do not create or retain face templates.We do not collect any of your personal data. We only gather necessary information with your explicit consent. Apps that compile personal information from any source other than directly from you or without your explicit consent, even from public databases, are not permitted on the App Store or alternative app marketplaces.

b) Data obtained by third-party services

We collect data from third-party services to enhance user experience and improve our offerings:

• Firebase Analytics: Used to track user interactions and monitor subscription plans purchased by users.
• Facebook SDK: Used to track performance of advertisements and their impact on user engagement.
• Adjust: Used to analyze advertising performance and track subscription plans purchased by users.
• Advertising and Partner Services: We may receive additional information from our advertising partners and third parties to better understand user behavior and improve service delivery.

Note: We do not collect any personal data directly from you without your explicit consent or from publicly available sources. All third-party data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is used solely to enhance our services.

• Image Filtering: We prevent users from uploading explicit or sensitive images to ensure compliance with our content standards.

In addition, we provide a feature to report inappropriate content. Users can report AI-generated content directly from the result screen if they believe it violates our content guidelines. All reported content will be reviewed and, where necessary, actions will be taken to ensure compliance with our standards and applicable content regulations.

Because Posie relies on user-submitted input, the data we process may vary based on what you choose to provide. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is appropriate and lawful.

We also recommend that you avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless absolutely necessary, as this data will be processed by AI models.

2. How We Process Your Data

2.1 Data Processing

Once collected, we process your data for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality: To generate AI-based outputs in response to your requests (e.g., images or videos).
• Operational and Service Improvement: To maintain and enhance service quality, prevent abuse, detect fraudulent activity, and ensure system integrity.

2.2 Third-Party AI Providers

In order to deliver AI-generated outputs, User Content (e.g., text, images) may be transmitted to Third-Party AI Providers. These service providers are bound by strict data protaction clauses and are only allowed to use your personal information as directed by us to provide the specific services.

These providers process the User Content on our behalf to generate outputs or intermediary results necessary to fulfill your request. Such processing is integral to the App's core functionality.

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. As AI processing involves the use of advanced technologies, users should exercise caution and avoid submitting sensitive personal data, confidential information, or data relating to third parties unless appropriately authorized.

We do not guarantee that any content submitted will be free from the inherent processing risks associated with AI technologies.

3.1 User-Submitted Content

User-submitted content, such as text, and images is shared with third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of processing and generating requested outputs. This data is not used for any other purpose beyond the service functionality.

3.2 Other Usage Data

Other types of data, including usage analytics and performance data, are shared with third-party services such as AdMob, Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta, and OneSignal. This data is used for the following purposes:

• Analytics to improve the app's performance

3.3 User-Generated Content (UGC)

We process User-Generated Content (UGC) solely for the purpose of generating AI-based outputs. UGC is not retained, stored, or shared beyond what is necessary to provide the requested functionality.

6. App-Specific Permissions

Permission 1: Privacy - Tracking Usage Description

Posie requests permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. This data is used to deliver personalized advertisements and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Tracking is conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws for devices running iOS 14 or later.

Permission 2: Privacy - Photo Library Usage Decription

Posie does not request access to your device's system permissions such as tracking authorization or full photo library access.

Our app uses Apple's official photo system picker to allow you to select specific images for AI video generation. We do not request or access your entire photo library - only the images you explicitly choose are accessible during use. No other photo or personal data is collected, stored, or processed.

All access is handled securely and in accordance with Apple's privacy framework, ensuring that your data remains private and under your control at all times.

Permission 3: Push Notification Description

Posie requests permission to send push notifications to deliver importance updates, feature annoucements, reminders, and personalized recommendations. Notifications are sent in compliance with Apple's guidelines, and users can manage or disable notifications at any time in their device settings.

These permissions are necessary to provide the app's core functionalities and are handled in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations, ensuring user trust and transparency.

7. How We Apply Age Rating

7.1 What We Do to Protect Minors

Posie is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from users under this age without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that data has been provided by a Minor without verification of parental consent, we will take the necessary steps to delete that data and restrict their access to the App. If you are a parent or guidian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
